Each prize has a threshold of 120% of its retail value. This means we'll only hold the drawing once ticket sales for that specific prize reach 120% of its value. This ensures we can cover the cost of the prize and maintain sustainable operations.

If a threshold isn't met within 30 days, we'll extend the lottery period by another 15 days. If still not met, participants will have the option to receive a refund or transfer their tickets to another active lottery.

Once a threshold is reached, the drawing will take place within 48 hours. Participants will be notified by email, and the live drawing will be available on the prize's dedicated page.

The threshold is 120% of the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of the product. For example, if a product costs $1000, the threshold will be $1200 in ticket sales before the drawing occurs.

Refunds are available up to 48 hours after purchase, or if the threshold hasn't been met within the extended lottery period. Once the threshold is reached and the drawing is scheduled, no refunds will be issued.
